Our goal is to provide long-term partnerships built on trust, craftsmanship, and a shared mission to strengthen communities through faith-based development.  

Program Overview  

The EELIE Construction Church & Community Partnership Program offers discounted pricing on all projects for participating ministries. Discounts cover:  

- Church renovations and expansions  

- Roof replacements and repairs  

- New construction and land acquisition development  

- Community facilities (homeless shelters, family resource centers, and fellowship halls)  

Discounts are contingent upon entering into a service partnership agreement with EELIE Construction for all building and renovation needs for an agreed period of time. This ensures consistent quality, cost control, and reliable support from start to finish.

Five Grants for Faith-Based Building and Renovations  

1. Lilly Endowment Religion Grant Program – Offers funding for church facility improvements and community outreach projects.  
2. National Fund for Sacred Places – Provides financial support for historic churches engaged in major repair, renovation, or preservation projects.  
3. Partners for Sacred Places Grant – Helps ministries stabilize and restore significant worship spaces serving urban and underserved communities.  
4. United Methodist Foundation Building and Renovation Funds – Available to affiliated ministries for site acquisition, new construction, and large-scale improvements.  
5. Home Depot Foundation Community Impact Grant – Provides funds and materials for community-serving facilities including churches and shelters.
